Third Sun Solar holds the following expectations for ourselves and towards any business entity to which we provide or purchase goods or services:

• Stakeholders will operate in ways that, at a minimum, meet fundamental responsibilities, values, and principles in the areas of human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption that are described in the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact and The Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (the “Business Values”). Responsible businesses enact the Business Values wherever they have a presence.
• Stakeholders will endeavor to meet or, where applicable, exceed all labor laws applicable to their place(s) of business operations, such as but not limited to, those addressing discrimination; harassment; wages and pay; forced and child labor; and workplace safety and health.

Third Sun Solar may investigate stakeholders that have violated, or have been credibly accused of violating, these Business Values or any of the principles set forth in this Code of Conduct, and Third Sun Solar reserves the right to discontinue future business pursuits together to uphold our mission as an organization.

Third Sun Solar expects its stakeholders to operate in accordance with the stricter and more stringent of (i) the Business Values in this Code of Conduct; and (ii) all applicable laws and regulations having jurisdiction over their place(s) of business.
