Service and Repair for Solar
Not Installed by Kokosing Solar

The Kokosing Solar Service team does service work on most solar energy systems installed by other companies. We are certified by most major solar equipment manufacturers to perform work on their products; however, there are products that Kokosing Solar is not certified to perform work on. We will evaluate your equipment during our initial intake call.

Kokosing Solar does not perform service on solar energy systems installed by non-licensed companies or private individuals.

WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY - 20 years of coverage for any workmanship-related issues for systems we install.
Manufacturer Equipment Warranties - Typically range from 10–25 years. We’ll help manage the claims process and explain any out-of-pocket labor costs.
Ongoing Support - Our service team is available to help with error messages, monitoring access, and inverter resets.
